Abstract
The notions of responsibility, conscience and life’s high meanings in the context of personal development of an individual in ascending way are discussed and combined in the article. Internal responsibility is understood as an individual ability to focus on one’s conscience and internal law, which is based on high and spiritual meanings, in everyday activities. The methods of studying teenager’s views on notions and interrelation of responsibility, conscience, life’s high meanings and certain peculiarities of psychological aid to youth in its development are discussed in the article.
