Abstract

In the article the problem of the use of acmeological technologies is exposed for preparation of future designers to development of professional career in the system of trade education. The analysis of quarry and professional plans of young people is conducted, their ideas about a professional career, criteria of success of realization are certain. The use of acmeological technologies is reasonable in an educational process, where the personality zones of development of future specialists become the object of creations of technologies. In pedagogical science of quarry studied first of all through such concepts, as professional self-determination, professional I-conception, professional self-realization and preparation to the quarry processes in the context of professional self-realization. The analysis of quarry orientations of young people witnessed about unpreparedness of them to the independent actions, low level of being informed, weak adaptivity at the modern market of labour. Professional preparation of future specialists to development of career has forming the primary purpose of the use of acmeological technologies in consciousness of personality of the highly sought necessity for professional саморозвитку and self-realization in the field of a profession. The basic task of acmeological technologies is actualization of development of personality and professional "I" by means of the special receptions and psychological technologies. The acmeological introduces in the system preparations of future specialists ideology of the progressive professional becoming, purposeful quarry orientation, readiness to professional self-realizations.
