Abstract

Problems of informatization of education require implementation of comprehensive fundamental research approach to the processes of ICT-based learning tools creation and use. This is in tune with the rapid development of technology, the emergence of new electronic tools and resources, and also technological platforms of its supply, that change the infrastructure of the learning process and its information content.
