Abstract

Efficiency and extraterritoriality information transfer of any size and type of modality, empowerment of collaboration and pedagogical interaction, prompt feedback and access to information sources in the public educational system creates conditions for development of new models of learning environments that are more focused on individual cognitive needs of pupils to develop their independence and capacity for self-education.
