Abstract

The approaches to the assessment of pupils' IC-competence in schools of Great Britain during the implementation of education reform as an example of assessment of students' achievements on the subject of Computing are considered. There is determined that in the IC-competence evaluation process the developed learning environments and platforms, blogs, websites and portfolios of students, the project activity are used. It is noted that in the process of improvement of students' assessment the different educational structures and institutions are involved.
