Abstract

The article analyzes the factors that influence the development of corporate training systems today. Existing discrepancies in justification, creation and administration of existing corporate training systems are revealed: imperfection of evaluation tools and not systematic pedagogical effect on the staff; lack of criteria for selecting the content, forms and pedagogical technologies corporate training systems today. Principles of quality assurance in corporate training systems are presented: the principle of warranty of pedagogical influence on personnel, providing support to staff in the workplace, use of interactive teaching technologies in distance learning, the use of forms and technologies of non-formal learning, determination of the own development trajectory.
