Abstract
The publication is dedicated to the integrated treatment of didactic and methodological issues of design and creation of electronic textbooks, problems of formation of scientifically based psychological and pedagogical foundations of the development of modern electronic textbooks and their use in the classroom. In this paper the authors revealed peculiarities of subject content and methods of presentation of educational problems in the electronic textbook. The technology of creating an electronic textbook and noted crafts the use of electronic learning platforms. An important component of the recommendations is the section on creation, formation and use of the vocational education system of Ukraine content library. The publication aims to help teaching staff of vocational education institutions, graduate students, doctoral students, and anyone interested in the problems of development and implementation of electronic tools in the learning process.
