Abstract

The monograph deals with modern educational, socio-cultural processes as an integrated, dynamic self-organizing system capable of permanent transformation and renewal.It is investigated that in the light of synergy education system appears as a possibility and reality of formation of creative, highly intelligent person, able to navigate in large flows of information exist in open complex system of human relationships and society.
