Abstract

The article describes approaches to the study of the psychological aspect ratio between the demands of the profession and personality features on mastering the content of the profession. We consider the individual components, the most important for self-determination in pedahichniy activities, namely, self-concept, reflexivity, self-regulation and their derivatives. The analysis was performed on the material samootnosheniya caregivers of preschool education.
