Abstract

The primary factor in the efficiency of scientific activity is the ability of wide publication, dissemination of research results and their practical implementation and cooperation of scientists, educators and establishing professional contacts. The paper examined thoroughly documenting information systems planning, control and monitoring studies. The proposed use of web technology is also appropriate for research on pedagogical and psychological sciences as forms of scientific production can publish and distribute the full Internet.
