Abstract

This article discusses the development of social competence of adolescents in schools. To give students a knowledge of conflict management and ways out of the conflict the author considers important tasks of designing the educational process. Presents the results of diagnostic studies on the method of K. Thomas and survey of students on the problem of resolving conflicts.
