Abstract
In the article the phenomenon of professional and psychological burning out of employees of communal enterprise in Kyiv. The situational factors of the professional burning out are distinguished in the context of implementation by workers of the professional groups “man-technique”, “man-digital system” of unprofile activity – communication with consumers of services. The situation gets complicated by that, except communication, the employees of enterprise deal with emotions of visitors, without necessary qualification for implementation of such work. The basic environmental factors of burning out are identified as unconsciousness of burning out by employees and their low level of ability to get along stresses that can provoke conflicts in a collective and in the process of communication with conflict visitors. The volume of the burning out of workers, basic indicators of this negative phenomenon, and content of the dissatisfied requirements are examined.
