Abstract

It was formulated of understanding of resource component part in the situation of choice of prestige profession. Presentation of citizens of Ukraine is analysed in relation to a prestige profession. 5 types of prestige profession are distinguished. It was are set between types. clusters were certain respondents in relation to types of prestige profession. Priorities of choice are set by Ukrainians of prestige professions. Resources are considered, that gives each of the distinguished types of prestige profession, and also requirement of prestige profession to personality, that fold potential of personality development in a professional context.
