Abstract
In article it is told about the analysis of creation of such active forms of learning personalities as training. The typical structure of social and psychological training is described. It is specified a passing of four stages of group dynamics. Communicative three-day training for high school students is shown; it can be used as a baseline option for the creation of training aimed at developing communicative competence and communicative talents of the individual.
