Abstract

The dissertation focuses on the research the process of building matrimonial relations. The correct choice of matrimonial type is shown to be the precondition of satisfaction of marriage. The dissertation points out that the correct choice of matrimonial type for each type of personality is determined by the personality psychological peculiarities. Psychological factors of selecting a civil marriage by youth are identified as locus control, the level of self-reflection development and orientation at self-actualization of both partners. The training program for effective development of the ability to make the optimum choice of matrimonial type is proposed.
