Abstract
Modern Ukrainian education is undergoing profound transformations linked to the implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" concept, which emphasizes a child-centered approach, competency-based learning, and a pedagogy of partnership. At the same time, the state of war, digitalization, and the rising incidence of bullying and cyberbullying have significantly heightened the need to create a safe educational environment. A safe educational environment is defined as a setting that ensures the physical, psychological, informational, and social safety of all participants in the educational process—a space free from violence, where interpersonal relationships are grounded in mutual respect, trust, and support. The psychological dimension of such an environment is central, as it is this aspect that secures emotional well-being, a sense of security, and the conditions necessary for a child’s full development.
