Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of coaching technologies and the need for a comprehensive methodology for implementing them within the management systems of modern organizations operating in highly turbulent business environments. The limitations of traditional directive management methods are demonstrated and clearly distinguished from coaching and related staff development practices (mentoring, consulting). The author proposes and details a four-stage matrix for the systemic integration of coaching into companies' operational activities: from diagnosing corporate culture readiness to implementing tools into HR processes and measuring efficiency (ROI/ROE). Key psychological and organizational barriers to management system transformation (leadership resistance, lack of trust, learned helplessness effect) are identified, and recommendations for overcoming them are provided. It is substantiated that transitioning to a coaching management style enables an organization to become a learning organization.
