Abstract
This article examines coaching as an effective tool for the professional development of university faculty, aimed at enhancing their English language proficiency through hyper-personalization and a context-oriented approach. The author proposes a theoretical model that integrates the Zone of Proximal Development, self-efficacy theory, and self-determination theory to help faculty overcome communicative anxiety. The paper details the practical application of the GROW model (Goals, Reality, Options, Will) to transform routine academic tasks into an effective language-learning process. It is noted that this approach shifts language learning from a rigid institutional requirement to a conscious, person-centered endeavor focused on practical professional growth.
