Abstract

The multimedia educational and methodological complex "Teaching 'Fundamentals of National Resistance': Content, Methodology, and Organization of Practical Training" is a comprehensive, original development designed to provide scientific and methodological support for the professional development of teaching and academic staff in higher, professional pre-tertiary, and vocational education institutions—specifically those who teach, or are preparing to teach, the subject "Fundamentals of National Resistance." The relevance of this complex stems from the societal importance of preparing citizens for national resistance, as well as the need for the systematic enhancement of instructors' methodological readiness to deliver the course content, organize practical training, and ensure safety within the educational process. The complex aims to improve instructors' professional readiness to deliver the course content, design and conduct instructional sessions, organize practical training for learners, utilize modern educational and digital technologies, ensure safety during the educational process, and assess learning outcomes. Its development is grounded in systemic, competency-based, activity-based, and practice-oriented approaches. These approaches ensure the integration of the officially prescribed course content, the methodology for its delivery, the modeling of professionally relevant learning scenarios, and the assessment of learning outcomes. The structure of the complex comprises three interconnected sections: an educational-professional program for professional development; and the educational and methodological resources for teaching the subject. ...a practical workshop for the instructor. The content of the sections follows the logic of professional practice—ranging from defining learning objectives and outcomes and working through thematic content to designing practical tasks, modeling learning situations, and establishing assessment criteria. The innovative potential of this resource suite is realized by combining multimedia presentations of educational content, digital educational resources, interactive tasks, and tools for modeling learning situations with a practice-oriented approach to structuring the educational process. This resource suite is intended for teaching and academic staff in higher education, professional pre-tertiary education, and vocational education institutions, as well as for methodologists and other specialists involved in organizing instruction on the "Fundamentals of National Resistance." Its materials can be utilized for professional development, the design and delivery of classes, the development of practical assignments, the organization of safe practical training, and the enhancement of the methodological framework for the discipline or course.
