Abstract

The theses highlight how the civic education course played a role in shaping students' historical memory, ensuring a combination of historical knowledge with the practice of civic participation and value education of students. It shows what an important feature was the use of interactive teaching methods, discussions, project activities and analysis of historical cases, which contributed to the development of critical thinking and a conscious attitude towards the historical past.
