Abstract

The publication analyzes the current state, functionality, and strategic prospects for the development of multimedia resources integrated into the Scientific Digital Library NAES of Ukraine, which is a tool for supporting scientific research and the educational process. The relevance of the study is due to the need to transform traditional library collections into a multifunctional digital space in accordance with the requirements of digital transformation and the principles of Open Science. It has been determined that the effective use of audiovisual, graphic and interactive content is critical for visualizing pedagogical and psychological research, improving the digital competence of researchers and teachers, and popularizing educational science. The importance of further development of the multimedia segment of the library in the context of digitalization of education and science is emphasized. The ways of modernizing the library through the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies and ensuring the interoperability of multimedia data are outlined.
