Abstract

In the review article addresses the socio-pedagogical problem of ensuring the integrity of the set of internal conditions for the functioning of a system aimed at improving the teaching of psychological and pedagogical disciplines in higher education institutions. The interpretation of the respective system is presented, and emphasis is placed on external influencing factors (in particular, the factor of russian aggression) affecting its internal conditions. Special attention is paid to the following three socio-pedagogical conditions: (1) the reflection of urgent national and regional needs in the target component of the system under conditions of martial law and post-war recovery; (2) the presence of a university policy prioritizing state guidelines on the safety of educational activities during the period of russian aggression; (3) the development of the system in accordance with methodologically and theoretically grounded principles, including: the primacy of the national needs dimension; regional-needs conditioning; a holistic (personal, professional, and professional-cultural) developmental orientation; activity-based innovative partnership; cultural-content fundamentality; an ecosystem of professional digital support; and productive, independent subjectivity (these principles are further characterized). The following relevant pedagogical conditions have been identified and elaborated: a high level of awareness among the management of higher education institutions of the conceptual foundations of system design, its functions, structure, and the interconnections between its components and the environment, as well as a strong managerial commitment to achieving its goals; the integrated competence of each department lecturer in the continuous improvement of the main types of their professional activities, including motivational, design, organizational, stimulating, and monitoring aspects; the creation of a robust environment for the personal, professional, and professional-cultural development of lecturers and future specialists across the university. The organizational and psycho-pedagogical condition for the high-quality functioning of the system is characterized as the establishment within the university of the priority of a psycho-pedagogical mechanism for the holistic development and self development of higher education students. Emphasis is also placed on an important psychological condition – the unity of professional consciousness and self-awareness in the personality of the future specialist.
