Abstract

The theses examine the trend of incorporating the challenges of the Russian- Ukrainian war into the professional training of future teachers. The necessity of updating the national and cultural component of teacher education is substantiated, taking into account the contemporary historical and cultural discourse, national memory, the culture of resistance, linguistic and cultural resilience, and civic responsibility. The main educational, sociocultural, and worldview challenges of the wartime and post-war periods are outlined, including countering information aggression, preserving cultural heritage, integrating Ukrainian cultural experience into the European context, developing intercultural communication, and applying an interdisciplinary approach to teacher preparation.
