Abstract

The "Regulation on the Course Syllabus at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education" is an integral part of the internal education quality assurance system; it governs the purpose, functional role, structure, content, and procedures for the development, discussion, approval, publication, and annual updating of course syllabi. This regulatory document was developed to ensure the proper organization of the educational process; to implement the principles of student-centered learning, the competency-based approach, and academic integrity; to create conditions for shaping the individual educational trajectories of students at the second (master’s) level of higher education; and to ensure the training of specialists in accordance with labor market demands and higher education standards. The Regulation defines requirements for the structure and content of course syllabi—specifically for courses within the mandatory and elective components of the educational-professional program—regulates the distribution of the academic workload across types of learning activities, defines criteria for assessing learning outcomes, and establishes procedures for the storage and digital publication of syllabi within the Microsoft Teams learning environment and the BINPO repository. The Regulation is intended for academic staff, educational program guarantors, members of working groups and educational program support groups, department heads, staff of the academic organization department, and other participants in the educational process at BINPO.
