Abstract

The abstract highlights the transformation of the state final assessment system in Ukraine and the specifics of its implementation in the form of external independent evaluation. It presents the features of the new model for the state final assessment of elementary school (primary education) graduates in the form of external independent evaluation. The structure of this new model, its assessment tools, and the results of the pilot implementation are described. The prospects for implementing the state final assessment for graduates of middle school (lower secondary education) in the form of external independent evaluation are also outlined.
