Abstract

These methodological guidelines address practical issues related to the organization of assessment of the professional performance of teaching staff at general secondary education institutions. Based on the results of specially organized experimental studies, the guidelines present methods, tools, and procedures designed to assist local education authorities, institution founders, the teaching community, and school staff in establishing an effective system for evaluating the professional performance of teaching staff. These methodological guidelines are aimed at improving the quality of teaching staff at general secondary education institutions and education management bodies on issues related to pedagogical evaluation, testing, and monitoring the quality of education. They can be used by administrators and founders of general secondary education institutions, employees of education and science departments, and staff at institutions of higher and postgraduate pedagogical education institutions.
