Abstract
The issue of safety in educational institutions has become particularly relevant in the context of today’s global challenges, including armed conflicts, natural disasters, pandemics, and social risks. Ukraine, facing prolonged military aggression, is confronted with the need to rethink its approaches to organizing the educational process and ensuring the safety of all its participants. In this context, it is important to draw on international experience, particularly the concept of a comprehensive framework model for school safety. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main provisions of the comprehensive framework model for school safety developed by international organizations, as well as to identify opportunities for its adaptation within the Ukrainian education system.
