Abstract

The monograph presents the theoretical and methodological foundations of the phenomenon of psychological culture of personality as an integrative personal resource that promotes psychological resilience, professional well-being, and effective interpersonal interaction in the context of contemporary social challenges. A five-component conceptual model of psychological culture is proposed, and the psychometric validation of the authors' comprehensive psychological assessment instrument, the Psychological Culture Index (PCI-5), is presented. The monograph reports the results of confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency analysis, second-order factor modeling, and approaches to the standardization and interpretation of the assessment results. Particular attention is paid to the practical application of the PCI-5 within psychological support systems for teachers and academic staff. The publication is intended for researchers, psychologists, university teachers, higher education students, professionals working in psychological services, and everyone interested in psychological culture and contemporary psychometric assessment.
