Abstract
War conditions push the civilian population to make independent efforts aimed at preserving and improving their health, while seeking help from specialists is not very popular. The differences between representatives of resource-stabilizing, resource-accumulative, and resource-expenditure self-assessments of health require different forms of prevention. Universal for different types of health self-assessments are such recovery resources as physical rest and social support. At the same time, differences between groups are manifested in the ways of mobilizing additional resources: from intensively spending them to stabilizing and accumulating them, which reflects different strategies for maintaining psychological well-being in conditions of stressful overload.
