Abstract
In today's conditions of social instability, uncertainty and the growing number of challenges that threaten the physical and mental health of young people, the problem of resources that ensure the effective adaptation of students to difficult life circumstances is becoming particularly relevant. One of the key such resources is resilience, which is an important indicator of students' readiness to overcome health threats, as it provides a flexible response to risks and contributes to maintaining adaptive functioning in conditions of increased workload. In this context, there is growing interest in studying cognitive and personal resources that can act as factors in the development of resilience. One of such resources is worldview plasticity, which reflects the ability of an individual to flexibly rethink experience, be open to new ideas and adapt their own beliefs in accordance with environmental changes.
