Abstract
The collection examines current issues of socio-psychological support for human mental health in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Psychological competence in responding to the challenges of war is defined as a resource for the resilience of the population. The results of research on the conceptualization and measurement of psychological competence, its development among educators, social workers, combatants, internally displaced persons and other social groups are presented. The empirical experience of psychological work with families of veterans, children and adults is presented, and the principles of developing psychoeducational programs for the population are substantiated. Addressed to scientists and practitioners, students and postgraduates, teachers of psychological disciplines in higher education institutions, psychologists in general secondary and higher education institutions, the system of postgraduate pedagogical education and other psychological services, members of professional psychological associations and volunteer organizations.
