Abstract

The facilitative approach in higher education fosters the development of resilience, autonomy, and a responsible civic position among youth, which are key factors in their readiness to act effectively amidst environmental, epidemic, and other socially significant threats. This method is also effective, although it requires specific skills and a high level of awareness from the facilitator-educator during implementation. We consider the widespread introduction and systematic development of facilitation practices in Ukrainian higher education institutions to be a promising direction. It is advisable to develop specialized facilitation programs aimed at preparing youth for actions during crisis situations, as well as to enhance the professional development of educators in the field of facilitation.
