Abstract

The theses examine the theoretical and practical foundations of the pedagogical activity of a military educator in the modern conditions of Ukraine. The structure of military-pedagogical activity is defined, and the essence of pedagogical skill according to I. A. Zyazyun's concept is analyzed, with an emphasis on its humanistic orientation. The groups of pedagogical tasks according to V. O. Slastyonin and the levels of pedagogical productivity according to N. V. Kuzmina (ranging from minimum to highest) are described. Special attention is paid to the functions, professional abilities, and qualities of a military teacher necessary for the effective solution of training and educational tasks, as well as the psychological adaptation of military veterans.
