Abstract

The monograph highlights the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of the development of the professional agency of teachers of vocational education institutions in the conditions of crisis challenges caused by the state of war and socio-economic instability. The three-component structure of the teacher's agency and its deployment in retrospective, operative and projective time dimensions are substantiated. The psychological determinants of the manifestation of agency, its connection with the locus of control and individual-typological features of the personality were studied. The author's metaphorical model of facilitating the development of the teacher's agency and the results of an experimental verification of the effectiveness of its implementation are presented. A prognostic matrix of recommendations for the development of the agency of pedagogical workers at the socio-state, institutional and subject-professional levels has been developed. The publication is addressed to scientific, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogic workers, practical psychologists, methodologists, heads of vocational education institutions, trainees of the advanced training system, post-graduate students and doctoral students, as well as everyone who is interested in the problems of professional development of the individual in crisis conditions.
