Abstract

The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical-methodological and methodical analysis of the transformation of the educational process in higher education on the basis of the modernization of teaching of psychological and pedagogical disciplines. The work conceptualizes the theoretical principles of personally oriented learning and teaching as a current problem of the present and presents. the results of assessing the real readiness of scientific and pedagogical workers to implement innovations. A holistic socio-pedagogical system for improving the educational process is substantiated, designed and described in detail, the internal and external conditions for its effective. functioning in the university environment are determined. Special attention is paid to the practical dimension: the leading trends in the development of modern higher education are outlined, the essence of destructive factors in teaching activities is revealed and effective methods and mechanisms for overcoming them are proposed. The publication is aimed at scientists, authors of educational programs, teachers of higher education institutions, postgraduate students, masters and everyone who is interested in innovative approaches in pedagogy and adult education.
