Abstract

The development of social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions is an important condition for improving the quality of the educational process and forming a socially active personality of the future specialist. One of the key factors in the development of social responsibility is the socio-emotional culture of the teacher, which ensures effective interaction with participants in the educational process, the formation of a positive psychological climate and a responsible attitude to professional activity. The development of the socio-emotional culture of teachers of vocational education institutions requires systematic work aimed at the formation of emotional intelligence, communication skills, reflective culture, psychological stability and the ability to make responsible decisions.
