Abstract

The article examines career guidance as a key instrument of social integration for young people. A comparative analysis of Ukrainian and European experience is conducted, the main challenges are identified, and the prospects for developing the career guidance system in Ukraine are outlined. It is demonstrated that the adaptation of European practices will contribute to reducing the risks of marginalization, unemployment, and social isolation among youth, as well as foster the formation of a more competitive model of professional development.
