Abstract

The article substantiates the democratic potential of socio-humanitarian education within the framework of implementing the "third mission" of Ukrainian universities amid war and post-war recovery. The author emphasizes the need to harmoniously combine theoretical components with practical civic engagement to prevent the marginalization of personal development and protect youth from manipulative influences. A comprehensive framework and a system of quantitative and qualitative indicators are proposed to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of socio-humanitarian education as a tool for strengthening democracy and civil society.
