Abstract

This workbook has been developed for the practical and independent study activities of participants in the "Psychological Intensive in the Heart of Zakarpattia"— a space for professional growth, personal restoration, and a vibrant professional community. It is more than just a training programme; it is a psychological retreat for those who wish to step away from their usual work routine, restore their inner sense of support, engage in in-depth group work, and spend time among people who share a common professional language. The intensive programme combines psychological practices, training sessions, workshops, resource-oriented activities, group interaction, nature, thermal waters, and informal communication. The programme is designed for psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, helping professionals, higher education students, and everyone seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their personal resources. The materials have been prepared by the trainers and educators of the "PsyUpgrade Centre for Professional Growth" and the non-governmental organisation "Success Centre for Social Innovation and Partnership", in cooperation with the Chernivtsi Branch of the Ukrainian Umbrella Association of Psychotherapists. The opinions, comments, conclusions, and recommendations expressed during the event belong to their respective authors and speakers and do not necessarily reflect the views of the "PsyUpgrade Centre for Professional Growth", the NGO "Success Centre for Social Innovation and Partnership", and/or other partners.
