Abstract
It is emphasised that the psychological foundations of military psychologist training comprise the fundamental principles, core ideas, rules, or theoretical tenets that underpin this training within the context of an open educational environment. It is noted that the quality of military psychologists’ training depends on many factors: the characteristics of the open educational space, contemporary challenges and the realities of life. It is observed that, during their professional training, military psychologists focus on crisis psychology.
