Abstract
This study on the information and analytical support for the training of military psychologists in the open educational space examines the legislative framework governing the training of military psychologists in the open educational space (the regulatory and legal basis of the study); Ukrainian and international experience in the training of military psychologists in the open educational space; a digital portfolio of information and analytical support for the training of military psychologists and ways of its implementation are described; the psychological training of military psychologists in Ukraine is analysed; and NATO’s experience in developing a new knowledge base on trauma, stress and resilience is examined. It is noted that this process is characterised by a complex of interrelated theoretical and practical areas requiring substantial information support: the development of psychological resilience; professional competence; the development of communication skills; axiological reorientation, etc. A forward-looking perspective is outlined on the digital portfolio of information and analytical support for military psychologists as a dynamic ecosystem of knowledge that collects, analyses and structures global innovations, and offers military psychology lecturers ready-made solutions to enhance their programmes. The conclusions for each substantive part show an integrative connection with the professional standard of a military psychologist and the competencies of a specialist.
