Abstract

Particular attention is given to competency-based education, socio-professional personality development, lifelong learning, and the role of educational institutions in preparing individuals for productive work and civic participation. The study emphasizes that sustainable social and economic progress depends on the integration of education, science, and labor market needs, as well as on the development of human capital and national values. It concludes that a comprehensive system of preparation for life and labor provides the foundation for strengthening civil society, enhancing national competitiveness, and ensuring sustainable development. This study examines labor as the fundamental basis of human vital activity and a key factor in the development of personality, civil society, and the state. It argues that labor is not only an economic activity but also a social, cultural, and educational phenomenon that shapes human development, social progress, and humanitarian security. The research highlights the interrelationship between education, labor, psychological development, and the formation of responsible citizenship in the context of globalization.
