Abstract

The article highlights the features of the application of didactic means of personal and professional development of future specialists, reveals the specifics of axiological and andragogical approaches to this process, and outlines the pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of the creative personality of applicants in the process of professional training. The essence of the didactic toolkit aimed at ensuring the personal and professional development of a future teacher in the conditions of modern educational transformations is substantiated. The emphasis is on the integration of axiological and andragogic approaches as a methodological basis for designing the educational process – the axiological aspect allows us to consider the formation of professional competence through the prism of the assimilation of humanistic and professional values, civic identity and ethical norms, and the andragogic aspect is aimed at subject-subject interaction, awareness of learning, self-direction based on the life and practical experience of higher education applicants. The stages of development of the value sphere of the applicant are determined, didactic technologies, methods, and means of developing emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and the ability for continuous professional self-improvement are presented, which depends on the flexibility of the educational tools and their adaptation to the internal value orientations of the applicants. It is noted that the personal and professional development of a future teacher in the process of training in a higher education institution is a dialectical unity in which personal growth is the foundation, and professional competence is its manifestation. Value orientations, emotional intelligence and the ability to reflect act as factors influencing the formation of a proactive, cultural, and sustainable professional. It is emphasized that the didactic toolkit for the personal and professional development of a future teacher is aimed at the synchronous formation of professional competencies and socio-emotional, value-semantic qualities of the applicant's personality.
