Abstract

The article examines innovative school education practices in the context of the educational mobility of students from Ukraine caused by contemporary social, geopolitical, and migration processes. It argues that the forced displacement of Ukrainian children, their participation in different national education systems, and the rapid expansion of distance learning require the implementation of flexible approaches to organizing the educational process. Educational mobility is conceptualized as students' ability to continue learning without interruption regardless of changes in their place of residence or educational environment. The study identifies the main challenges associated with educational mobility, including disruptions in learning continuity, differences between curricula and assessment systems, language barriers, psychological adaptation difficulties, and unequal access to digital infrastructure. A classification of innovative educational practices is proposed, encompassing digital and distance learning technologies, virtual and international educational mobility, personalized learning, inclusive and adaptive practices, project-based learning, and hybrid educational models. The paper also analyzes examples of international support for Ukrainian students, including double schooling and the use of European digital educational platforms. It is concluded that the comprehensive implementation of innovative educational practices enhances the accessibility, continuity, inclusiveness, and quality of school education while facilitating students' integration into the international educational environment without losing their connection to the Ukrainian education system. Further development of school education should focus on digital transformation, strengthening international cooperation, and creating flexible educational models capable of responding effectively to changing educational needs.
