Abstract

The theoretical and practical aspects of the development of stress resistance of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions in the conditions of a full-scale war in Ukraine are analyzed. The phenomenon of stress resistance is considered as a dynamic psychological resource that ensures professional stability and preservation of the teacher's mental health in a situation of prolonged uncertainty.
