Abstract
The remedial approach to career counseling is designed for students in higher vocational education who are experiencing a crisis in their professional development or facing communication challenges in the workplace. This type of counseling requires a high level of expertise, as it often involves exploring an individual’s inner experiences and applying psychotherapeutic methods to support them. In its rehabilitative aspect, career counseling offers psychological support to individuals with limited work capacity or special educational needs. This support emphasizes emotional encouragement, the development of proactive thinking, and the activation of personal potential. The informational aspect focuses on providing young people with relevant information about career paths, choices, and employment opportunities, which helps them navigate their professional lives more effectively.
