Abstract

The article analyzes the mechanisms of partnership between Belgian vocational education institutions and the business sector through the activities of industry committees and associations, which ensure significant employer involvement in the modernization of educational programs for contemporary qualifications. The study examines various instruments for integrating students into the professional environment, ranging from tripartite internship agreements to dual education (work-based learning), where the role of certified workplace mentors is decisive in assessing the outcomes of vocational training.
