Abstract

This thesis examines the paradigm of sustainability in Ukraine’s school education system through the lens of institutional reforms in the field of security. It analyzes regulatory changes, including Law No. 4609-IX, the implementation of the “Safe and Child-Friendly School” concept, the creation of underground schools, and the integration of psychosocial support under martial law. The paper demonstrates how these reforms are transforming educational policy, strengthening the institutional resilience of the system and ensuring the continuity of education. It justifies the need for an interdisciplinary approach (pedagogy, psychology, social work) for the further development of the resilience paradigm.
