Abstract
This article examines the role of modern career tools in shaping young people’s career orientation amid labor market transformation and the digitalization of the economy. It analyzes the use of career interest tests, digital platforms, achievement portfolios, mentoring, and career simulators, which influence motivation, confidence in choosing a major, and readiness for employment. A conceptual model for integrating career tools into the educational process is outlined, encompassing potential assessment, individual development trajectories, digital portfolios, mentoring support, practical case studies, and outcome monitoring. It is concluded that these tools are not only a means of educational modernization but also an indicator of the socio-economic effectiveness of educational institutions. Further research should be aimed at creating a national digital career guidance ecosystem, improving the methodological framework for educators, and developing cross-sectoral collaboration between education, business, and civil society.
