Abstract

The results of the diagnostics of the levels of satisfaction of teachers with institutional support are highlighted. The unevenness of the level of satisfaction of individual groups of teachers is revealed, which confirms the need to strengthen targeted institutional support. In general, a sufficiently high level of satisfaction of teachers of psychological and pedagogical disciplines of higher education institutions creates the prerequisites for improving the quality of training of future specialists, in particular in terms of the development of their professional, communicative and social competencies.
